It is a great place for lunch during the day. I've never been for dinner but I've also only have done takeout. They have a couple seats but not very many. It gets crowded so it's best just to stand and pick up your food and leave. The staff is very helpful and hard-working.

From start to finish, my experience at The Red Chickz was top-tier. Both the front end and back end were outstanding — everything ran smoothly and efficiently, and the food came out hot and delicious. A special shoutout to Marley for her exceptional customer service! She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming and personal. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!

With the rise of fried chicken spots in L.A, The Red Chickz is worth checking out. They have locations in DTLA, Carlsbad and Culver City, and are opening a restaurant in Cypress Texas. Their signature seasoning is full of smoked spices, and they use a lot of it! You can opt for how spicy you want your chicken to be. I got mild because I can’t handle heat. My husband picked medium and it wasn’t very spicy so they did great on the hot levels. After you eat your fingers will be red from all the spices! The cauliflower is huge. It’s the size of a baseball and my favorite thing on their menu. Dipped in seasoned batter and fried to perfection. We got 2 and it was enough for 2 people. The cheese curds are bomb. I want to get their cup of pickles next time. Nice crunch to their chicken. It wasn’t overly crunchy, and they serve up fat pieces of chicken.

I have to say if all the newer chicken place I like this place best. Better than Chick Fil la and Dave's Hot Chicken. I tried the honey butter sandwich and that honey butter on the chicken was great. The potato wedges were also above average in if I didn't like the chicken I could come back just for the wedges. I want to try the shrimp next time.

Solid chicken and sides, but the chicken is over spiced for my liking (not too hot just too many/much spices). Service is great but it can take a while to get food sometimes. I suggest take out since the atmosphere isn't great. Also the spice bomb of the chicken can upset the stomach in larger quantities.

Food was great, but the restaurant is located in a weird area. There were a lot of people barging in and not ordering anything - just annoying. Staff was super friendly.

The food was so delicious from the bread to the chicken the coleslaw and Macncheese. Everything was professional and came out so good. It was worth the drive for sure and Anthony was super friendly and helpful and recommended really good flavors. Definitely a must try if you live in or near DTLA.

Instagram/YouTube: @AC9MOO Came here for their $2 chicken tenders on Thursdays. The chicken was juicy, big, and crunchy. I got one in medium spice and hot. The medium wasn’t really spicy but the hot one kinda was. The sauce that came with the tenders tasted like any other comeback sauce but with a sour cream base. I also got their French toast. It was really good. Perfectly sweet and soft with crispy edges. Service was quick and efficient. 4 tenders: $8 French toast: $6
